Black Bear Cabin
Rustic Contemporary Travelers
Black Bear Cabin abuts the 750,852 acres of the White Mountains National Forest. Simply walk out the door and enjoy the babbling stream running through the backyard while you watch a rafter of wild Turkeys enjoy their lunch. Or follow the class-6 road all the way to the Albany Town hall. Crisp Mountain air fills your soul while nature surrounds you with birds of all types, fox, coyote, deer, moose, and our beloved Black Bears.
Our 1,500-square-foot cabin has been fully renovated this summer (2022); Two new bathrooms, two new bedrooms, a fully overhauled kitchen, and two updated porches loaded with books and games await your stay. But, why stay indoors when there is so much to do outside? Hiking, fishing, photography, kayaking, skiing, tubing, outlet shopping and so much more in the heart of Mount Washington Valley. No stay is complete without checking out the independent restaurants of the valley. Too many great places to have a favorite!
